About Me

I started my journey being called to help people and completed my Masters of Science in Medicine to become a Physician's Assistant. After struggling with what felt like a lifetime of gut issues I knew I was starting to develop an inflammatory bowel disease. All of the text book symptoms progressively started consuming my thoughts and dictated how I lived my life. Until my husband finally looked at me and said, "This is NOT normal." He wasn't used to the gut issues the way I had conditioned myself over the years. The chronic fatigue was masked by stimulants but still lingered during the day. I struggled to even wake up in the morning no matter how much sleep I got. I had elevated thyroid antibodies reaffirming the fear of the impending autoimmunity I was developing and dysregulation happening in my body. I tested my thyroid blood chemistries to find normal ranges despite having all the symptoms of hypothyroidism. I couldn't keep normalizing how I felt because I was finally justified with hearing the words out loud. I was in my late 20s and this wasn't normal for my age. I decided I wanted to find the root-cause of my SYMPTOMS.

Hey Girl, Hey

Thats when I found the ADAPT-Practitioner program & just felt this was what I had been searching for my whole life. This approach was founded on ancestral nutrition. A topic I didn't feel that I knew anything about even after school. I dove in head first to find my solution with functional testing, protocols that were specific to me, and rebuilding the nutritional foundations I had been severely lacking. These are what broke down my health & ultimately led to my ability to rebuild myself too. I put my own autoimmunity into remission & reclaimed my life.

Now, its YOUR turn!
